Williams Paint & Body Shop warrants covered repairs — as documented on your final repair estimate — against defects in workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
Workmanship
Covered repairs are warranted against defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions — for as long as you own the vehicle.
Body, Frame & Chassis
Repairs to covered structural and sheet metal components are warranted for workmanship. Replacement parts are subject to original manufacturer or supplier warranties.
Refinishing & Paint
Refinished areas are warranted against defects such as peeling, cracking, or delamination resulting from workmanship under normal conditions.
Mechanical Components
Mechanical repairs included in the final estimate may be subject to manufacturer or supplier warranty limitations.
Exclusions
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original vehicle owner. All warranty work must be performed at a Williams Paint & Body Shop facility.

Workmanship

Parts Warranty
Parts Coverage
Williams Paint & Body Shop guarantees workmanship related to the installation of covered parts. Individual replacement parts — including OEM, aftermarket, CAPA-certified, recycled, or remanufactured components — are subject to the warranty terms of their respective manufacturers or suppliers.
OEM Parts
New OEM replacement parts are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty, subject to that manufacturer's terms and conditions. Corrosion or material defects are subject to manufacturer or supplier warranty limitations.
Aftermarket / CAPA Parts
CAPA-certified aftermarket parts meet recognized quality standards — including fit and finish — and are subject to supplier warranty terms. CAPA certification addresses fit and quality standards; it does not constitute a lifetime warranty from Williams Paint & Body Shop.

Recycled / Used Parts
Recycled or used parts carry warranty only as provided by the supplying vendor.
Shop Workmanship
Williams Paint & Body Shop guarantees workmanship related to the installation of covered parts. Individual replacement parts — including OEM, aftermarket, CAPA-certified, recycled, or remanufactured components — are subject to the warranty terms of their respective manufacturers or suppliers.
Exclusions — Warranty Does Not Cover
