Once your vehicle is with us, we help document the repair, communicate with your insurance company, and handle supplement requests when additional repair needs are found — you just bring the keys. How estimates work
No claim filed yet? Come in — we'll write a free estimate so you know the cost before deciding whether to file or pay out of pocket. Both options are welcome.
Claim filed / photo estimate in hand? Bring your vehicle in and provide us with the insurer's estimate. We follow the insurance company's process — documenting the repair, communicating with your insurer, and handling supplement requests from there.
Claim open but want to pay out of pocket instead? Once a claim is filed, we cannot write a separate estimate alongside it. It's one path or the other — if you'd like to close the claim and pay privately, please resolve that with your insurer first.
