About Williams Paint & Body Shop.
Eddie Williams has spent his life in the trade — working at some of the region's top shops before branching out on his own in 2011. Theresa keeps the heart of the business beating. Together, they've built something Marianna is proud of.

Small-town service.
Big-city results.
Collision repair has been Eddie Williams' life. After years of honing his craft at some of the best collision centers in the region, he made the decision to do things his way — and in 2011, he assembled a team of the area's finest technicians and opened Williams Paint & Body Shop in Marianna. Today, Eddie is a hands-on owner who sets the standard on every repair that leaves the building, and is passionate about passing the skills of the trade on to the next generation of technicians.
Behind every great shop is someone keeping everything together — and that's Theresa. As Eddie's wife and business partner, she is the heart of the operation: handling the day-to-day, building relationships with customers, and giving her time and energy to the local schools and community programs that make Jackson County home. Together, they've built this business on trust, craftsmanship, and treating every customer like family.
"You have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle — not your insurance company."

The people behind
every repair.
Albert leads daily operations with a strong foundation in collision repair, damage analysis, and insurance-driven estimating. Combining hands-on production leadership with deep expertise in auto damage appraisal, he ensures every repair meets OEM standards while maximizing accuracy, safety, and proper claim handling.
His I-CAR Platinum credentials in Auto Physical Damage Appraisal, specialized Chief structural analysis training, and MACS certification bridge the gap between repair precision and insurance compliance — helping customers navigate complex claims while ensuring vehicles are restored to pre-loss condition, safely and correctly.
Shelby is the operational backbone of Williams Paint & Body Shop — combining dealership and automotive service department experience with exceptional customer care, administrative precision, and repair coordination. She ensures every repair moves efficiently from intake to delivery while maintaining clear, professional communication throughout.
As the trusted voice customers rely on after an accident, she provides reassurance and guidance through what can be a stressful process. Her expertise in scheduling, accounting, repair planning, and customer relations allows her to seamlessly coordinate between clients, insurance carriers, and production — delivering the confidence and compassion customers need.
Allison handles all customer communications — phone calls, emails, and repair updates — making sure every customer feels informed and taken care of. She started with us in the detail and car wash department, and her attention to detail and genuine warmth with customers earned her a move into the office. That same care she brought to every vehicle she cleaned now shows up in every conversation she has with a customer.
