Auto Body Technicians
Experienced auto body technicians who understand proper repair planning, OEM repair procedures, panel replacement, metal repair, corrosion protection, welding, measuring, and structural repair.
Structural Auto Body Technicians
Candidates with frame and structural repair experience, electronic measuring experience, welding qualifications, OEM training, I-CAR credentials, ASE certifications, or other recognized industry qualifications are strongly encouraged to introduce themselves.
Refinish Technicians
Experienced refinish technicians who take pride in color accuracy, proper preparation, efficient production, clean refinishing practices, and consistent quality.
Paint Preppers
Qualified paint preppers with experience in masking, sanding, priming, blocking, surface preparation, and maintaining quality throughout the refinishing process.
Detailers & Porters
Detailers and porters play an important role in our production process and customer experience. We value candidates who are dependable, organized, careful with customer vehicles, and willing to support the entire repair team.

Williams Paint & Body Shop is proud to be an I-CAR Gold Class facility and a participating I-CAR Registered Apprenticeship Program shop — proud to bring a structured I-CAR apprenticeship pathway to the Florida Panhandle.
The I-CAR Registered Apprenticeship Program provides a structured collision repair career pathway that combines paid, supervised on-the-job learning with related technical instruction — helping qualifying apprentices develop practical skills, professional work habits, industry knowledge, and recognized career credentials.
