Every vehicle that enters our facility follows our structured 10-step repair process — designed to ensure proper repairs, an efficient workflow, and ongoing updates from start to finish. You'll always know what stage your vehicle is in.
Your vehicle has been pre-scheduled and dropped off at our facility and is now checked into our system. This is the starting point of your repair journey.
Your vehicle has been delivered to our facility by tow service and is now in our intake system. We begin organizing it for inspection and evaluation.
Dispatch
Your vehicle has been assigned and the initial estimate has been completed. We begin organizing the repair process and preparing for a more detailed inspection.
Teardown
Your vehicle is disassembled in the damaged areas to identify all underlying damage. This is critical for creating a complete and accurate repair plan.
Repair Plan
After teardown, your full repair plan is finalized. All findings are reviewed and documented so we can proceed with a clear, structured path forward.
Parts
Required parts have been identified and ordered. This stage may take time depending on availability, but it ensures all components are ready before repairs continue.
Body Repair
Your vehicle is actively being repaired. This includes structural and body repairs to restore the vehicle based on the finalized repair plan.
Paint Prep
Your vehicle is being prepared for paint. Detailed surface preparation ensures proper adhesion and a high-quality finish.
Paint
Your vehicle is in the paint process. Refinishing is completed under controlled conditions to ensure proper color match and durability.
Reassembly
Your vehicle is being reassembled. All parts and components are reinstalled as the repair nears completion.
Quality Check
Final inspections and system checks — including ADAS calibrations, alignment, and quality control to ensure everything meets safety and repair standards.
Finishing Touches
Your vehicle is in the final stage. We complete a full wash and detail, preparing it for delivery — and your keys back in your hand.
