We stand behind every repair we complete. That's why Williams Paint and Body Shop is proud to offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all of our work. For as long as you own the vehicle, you can rest assured that should anything happen to the repair we completed, we'll make it right.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Williams Paint and Body Shop guarantees the repairs made to your vehicle, as reflected in your final estimate, against any defects of workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. This Warranty includes all parts, labor and refinishing included in the actual repair estimate.
REFINISHING / PAINT
Williams Paint and Body Shop also provides a lifetime limited warranty on all refinished or painted areas that were included in the actual estimate.
EXCLUSIONS
Due to imperfect road conditions and driving habits, front end alignments and worn tires are not covered. Our warranty does not cover defects or damages related to rust, abuse, a subsequent collision or theft, stone chips, scratches, or improper care and/or maintenance.
BODY / FRAME / UNITIZED CHASSIS
Williams Paint and Body Shop hereby provides a limited warranty on all repairs and workmanship on sheet metal, frame and unitized chassis components. All parts that were replaced as per the actual estimate shall carry the warranty as provided by the original equipment manufacturer.
MECHANICAL COMPONENTS
Williams Paint and Body Shop will provide a limited warranty on all mechanical items, excluding electric systems, which were included on actual estimate; subject to the limitations as made by the original equipment manufacturer.
Williams Paint and Body Shop Limited Warranty and Guarantee Additional Terms
Subject to the specified exclusions and exceptions, Williams Paint and Body Shop provides a limited warranty for the work performed under the Repair Authorization. This limited warranty includes all repairs and workmanship on sheet metal, frame, unitized chassis components, and mechanical items, but specifically excludes electric systems. This limited warranty is subject to any manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and materials. This limited warranty is non-transferable and valid for as long as I own the vehicle. All warranty repairs must be performed at one of Williams Paint and Body Shop’s facilities; any repairs or alterations to the vehicle performed at another facility in any manner whatsoever shall automatically void this limited warranty. This limited warranty shall not apply to repairs necessitated by any cause beyond the reasonable control of Williams Paint and Body Shop, including any defects, damage, or malfunctions caused by or resulting from unauthorized service or parts, improper or inadequate vehicle maintenance, alterations, accidents, modification or repairs, subsequent repairs performed by a party other than Williams Paint and Body Shop, abuse, misuse, neglect, acts of God, or environmental damage.
